WEIGH IN: 4 lbs lost
I’m happy with that loss, even though I usually lose more the first week that I stick to a healthy eating plan. I’m pretty sure I know why it wasn’t more and it starts with “water” and ends with “retention”. I definitely need to increase my exercise, as this is always a challenge for me.
If you haven’t made any workout music suggestions please scroll down to yesterdays post and share your two cents worth.
Now, I’m going to go take the older two childrens to school and and try to get my homework done for this week, after taking the youngest to the doctor at 10:00–Demo-Boy woke up with a fever this morning, saying he doesn’t feel well. He just got over the flu last week. A little relief would from all this sickness would be nice.

Good job! 4 pounds is great. And remember lots of water, which is difficult in winter but water pushes water. If your body thinks it’s not getting enough water it holds onto it. When I started drinking water, about 60 ounces a day, it took about 3 weeks but made for a 7lb weight loss. I still drink it and off stay the 7 pounds. You’re doing great.
